The Sales Consultant will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Ajorken Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will take a consultative approach, working closely with potential clients to understand their unique business needs and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.

Requirements

Proven Sales Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on consultative selling. Experience in IT services or technology sales is a strong advantage.


Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client needs, articulate solutions, and present IT products/services that deliver measurable results.


Strong Prospecting Skills: Confidence in generating leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social selling.


Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex IT solutions clearly and persuasively.


Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline while being accountable to performance targets.


Technology-Savvy: Familiarity with cloud solutions, managed services, cybersecurity, or similar IT solutions is a plus.


CRM Experience: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:


Experience with SMBs: Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), particularly in healthcare, dental, or real estate sectors.


Networking Skills: Ability to build relationships quickly and leverage personal and professional networks to identify business opportunities.


Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a commission-only environment where compensation is directly tied to sales performance.
