About the Role
As a Tech Sales Representative at Ajorken Solutions, your primary duties will include identifying, prospecting, and finalizing sales with small to medium-sized enterprises in the Atlanta region and beyond. This position operates on a fully commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential, allowing you to increase your income in direct correlation to your sales performance. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to receive performance bonuses for achieving or surpassing established sales goals.
Your primary focus will be on selling our full range of IT services, including Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity Solutions, and Cloud Services. You will take a proactive approach to prospecting, initiating meaningful conversations with business owners and decision-makers, and crafting tailored IT solutions to meet their unique needs.
Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in technology sales, IT services, or B2B sales preferred.
Strong Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Cybersecurity, or related technologies is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with clients through clear and compelling communication.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to navigate negotiations and close high-value deals.
Resilient and Persistent: Comfortable with cold calling, handling objections, and maintaining a high level of prospecting activity.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
